The cover is a postal stationery, which was issued together with a stamp set on July 6, 2012. It commemorates the 11th meeting of the Conference of the Contracting Parties to the Ramsar Convention, which took place in Bucharest from 6-13 July 2012.
The stamp on the left is part of the set “Live Healthy Campaign” (Trăiește sănătos!), which was issued on May 3.

The cover is a postal stationery, which commemorates different flowers and there blooming time. Jean Pierre attached two stamps of the flowers set, which was issued on January 19, 2012. They depict the flowers “Love-lies-bleeding” (Amaranthus caudatus) and arctic alpine forget-me-not (Eritrichium nanum).
The imprinted stamp of the stationery depicts the sunflower species Scorzonera rosea.
The cover is a postal stationery, which was issued on September 6, 2012. The prepaid envelope commemorates the Singapore hosting of the Chinese giant pandas Kai Kai (凯凯) and Jia Jia (嘉嘉). In addition the stamp on the left is part of the set “The Gardens by the Bay“, which was issued on June 28, 2012.
