#1285 Dominica 18/12/27

This beautiful cover from Dominica was sent by Wolfgang, thank you very much! It was posted in Roseau on December 27, 2018 and arrived on January 14, 2019.

The stamps depict the golden skink (Mabuya mabouya), the tropical house gecko (Hemidactylus mabouia), and the fantastic gecko (Sphaerodactylus fantasticus fuga).

My first cover from Dominica was arranged by Wolfgang, thank you very much! It was posted in Roseau on January 27 and arrived on February 2, 2015.

The stamps are part of the 2011 set “Skinks and Geckos”. They depict the golden skink (Mabuya mabouya), the crested anole (Anolis cristatellus cristatellus), the Dominican Ground Lizard (Ameiva fuscata), the pygmy skink (Gymnophthalmus pleii), and the Dominican tree lizard (Anolis oculatus).
