#709 Puerto Rico 13/09/11

My first cover from Puerto Rico was sent by Bill, thanks! It was posted in San Juan on September 11 and arrived on September 30, 2013.

The attached stamp was issued on January 28, 2013. It is the 2013 “Global Forever Stamp“, which can be used for USPS international mail.
