On August 21 I received this nice cover from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, which was sent by Déo, thank you! It was posted in Uvira on August 13, 2014 (the postmark shows the date “13.08.04-10”).

The stamps commemorate the former president Joseph Kabila. They are part of a set, which was issued on November 25, 2002.
