The mini-sheet was issued on April 5, 2005, and commemorates the 150th anniversary of the railway line Dublin–Belfast.

The left stamp commemorates the Common Knapweed (Centaurea nigra), the ATM stamps on the right depict a bird (a robin?) and a holly.

My first cover from Ireland was sent by Yl, thanks a lot!

It was posted in Dublin and arrived on December 12, 2012.

The left stamp is an ATM stamp depicting the Smooth Newt (Lissotriton vulgaris). The four definitive stamps on the right commemorate the flowers yellow flag (Iris pseudacorus), mountain avens (Dryas octopetala), and common dog-violet (Viola riviniana).
