This beautiful cover from the United Arab Emirates was sent by Jean Pierre, thank you very much! It was posted in Dubai on November 24 and arrived on December 2, 2013.

The stamp set (issued September 26, 2004) commemorates endangered and extincted species of the Arabian Gulf. The stamps depict a fish of the Serrranidae family, the whale shark (Rhincodon typus), a species of the Dugongidae family, and the black finless porpoise (Neophocaena phocaenoides).

The first and third stamp from the left are part of the 7th definitive series, which was issued on April 2, 2009. The second stamp from the left is part of the 5th definitive series issued on January 31, 2007.

The right stamp is part of a set of two, which commemorates the 2009 FIFA Club World Cup in Abu Dhabi. The stamps were issued on December 19, 2009.
