Juan sent me this nice registered letter from Uruguay, thank you! It was posted in Montevideo on November 28.

The top left stamp is the 2012 Christmas stamp, which was issued on November 23, 2012.

The four top right stamps commemorate the 125 anniversary of the National Corps of Firemen (Dirección Nacional de Bomberos); the set was issued on October 26, 2012.

The mini-sheet was issued on October 6, 2012. It commemorates the 25th Universal Postal Union Congress. which was held in Doha, Qatar.

The left stamp is part of the “Oficios” definitive series and commemorates the pastry cook. It was issued on December 7, 2008.

The right stamp was issued on November 28, 2008. It depicts the plant Prunus subcoriacea.

The Christmas stamp on the left was issued on November 17, 2009. The right mini-sheet (issued on December 16, 2010) commemorates the 70th anniversary of the Battle of the River Plate (Batalla del Río de la Plata).

The left two stamps depict the plant Feijoa (Acca sellowiana), the right triangle stamp commemorates the plant Tessaria absinthioides.
