The stamps depict a northern collared lemming (Dicrostonyx groenlandicus), a Peary caribou (Rangifer tarandus pearyi), and a snowshoe hare (Lepus americanus).

The top stamps commemorate the 100th anniversary of the sailing ship Bluenose. The bottom stamp commemorates the 17th prime minister of Canada, John Turner (1929–2020).

Tristan has sent this very nice cover from Canada, thank you! It was posted at the Muskoka Steamships in Gravenhurst on September 25 and arrived on October 9, 2020.

The stamps are part of a set, which was issued on September 14, 2020. They commemorate the physicians James Till (b. 1931) and Ernest McCulloch (1926-2011), Balfour Mount (b. 1939), and Julio Montaner (b. 1956).

This very nice cover from Canada was sent by Edward, thank you! It was posted in Canoe BC on April 20 and arrived on April 30, 2018.

The stamp set is entitled “Canadian Opera” and was issued on February 4, 2017. The stamps depict the opera houses of Calgary and Toronto,  the opera singers Gerald Finley and Adrianne Pieczonka, and the stage director Irving Guttman.

On June 12 I received this very nice cover from Canada. It was posted on May 27 at Canada’s most northern post office at Eureka Station, thank you postmaster of Eureka!

According to the coordinates (79°59’20”N), it actually is situated more northern than Ny-Ålesund on Svalbard, which lies at 78°55’30”N.

The stamp is part of the set “UNESCO World Heritage”, which was issued on July 3, 2015. It depicts the international park system of Kluane / Wrangell–St. Elias / Glacier Bay / Tatshenshini-Alsek.

On the back the postmaster applied a very nice cachet too.

The stamp on the left commemorates the 100th anniversary of the “In Flanders Fields” poem by John McCrae. It was issued on May 3, 2015.

The “Pansies” stamp set on the right was issued on March 2, 2015.

The top stamps are part of the series “Canadian Art” and were issued on May 6, 1994 and April 21, 1995. They depict the paintings Vera (1931) by Frederick Varley (1881 – 1969) and Blossoming (c. 1950) by Alfred Pellan (1906 – 1988).

The bottom stamp is part of the “Christmas” set, which was issued on November 1, 1997.
