The stamps are part of the definitives set, which was issued on December 17, 2013. They depict the current Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.#

Jean Pierre sent me this nice cover from Qatar, thank you! It was posted in Doha on April 21 and arrived on April 25, 2013.

The left stamp was issued on October 7, 2012. It commemorates the 25th Postal Union Congress, which was held in Doha. The middle and top right stamp commemorate the 90th anniversary of the Qatari Endowment Deed. The bottom right stamp (issued on August 3, 2012) commemorates the Arab Postal Day.
