Jean Pierre has sent this nice cover from Germany, thank you! It was posted at the philatelic shop at the Berlin Zoological Garden on April 17 and arrived on April 20, 2015.
Unfortunately the German Post put a sticker on the private stamp and applied an additional meter mark.
Here is another marvelous cover from Antarctica: It was cancelled at the German Antarctic research station Neumayer III.
The letter was carried by the icebreaker FS Polarstern, where it was cancelled on February 1. On February 2 the cover was cancelled with a “PAQUEBOT” postmark and handed over to the South African postal service in Cape Town. Finally it arrived at my place on February 23, 2015.
The large cachet in the top left corner depicts the Neumayer-Station III, which is operated by the Alfred-Wegener-Institute for Polar and Marine Research (AWI). The small cachet below shows the inscription “35. Überwinterung Neumayer III” (35th overwinter survival), the cachet next to it has the inscription “2014 Antarktis 34. Überwinterung” (34th overwinter survival 2014).
The stamp is part of a set, which commemorates the 130th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Germany and South Korea. It is a joint issue and was issued on June 6, 2013.

The left stamp is part of a set, which was issued on May 8, 2014. It is a stamp with surcharge for the Stiftung Deutsche Sporthilfe (a German trust for the aid of sportspersons). The stamp designs were drawn by the German cartoonist Uli Stein.
The left stamp is part of the flowers definitives series and depicts a Tagetes species. The right stamp was issued on September 11, 2011. It commemorates the 100th anniversary of the Elbe Tunnel in Hamburg.

The cover is a postal stationery, which was issued on May 4, 2006. It commemorates the 800th anniversary of the Godesburg. This German castle was founded on October 15, 1210. The cover depicts an aquatint print by Friedrich Salathé reproducing a painting by Karl Bodmer (1809-1893).
