The left stamp commemorates the European Football Championships, the next stamp commemorates the HMS Royal Sovereign, the right stamp commemorates the Chinese Year of the Rooster.

On September 26, 2014, I received this nice cover from Jersey, thank you Chris! It was posted on September 22.
The top left stamp is part of a set, which commemorates the 125th anniversary of the Victoria College. The set was issued on September 29, 1977. The bottom left stamp commemorates the composer John Ireland (1879 – 1962) and his work “The Forgotten Rite”. It is part of the EUROPA set, which was issued on April 23, 1985.
The two middle stamps are part of a set, which was issued on April 24, 1979. It commemorates the 25th anniversary of the International Air Rally.
The two right stamps (part of a set, which was issued on November 25, 1976) commemorate the 100th anniversary of the birth of Dr. Lilian Mary Grandin (1876 – 1924), who was Jersey’s first female doctor.

The stamps are part of the “Birds” set, which was issued on May 24, 2007. The stamps depict the common blackbird (Turdus merula), the Eurasian blue tit (Parus caeruleus), and the Western jackdaw (Corvus monedula).

The left stamp is part of the set “European Soccer Championship”, which was issued on April 25, 1996. The second stamp is part of a set, which commemorates the centenary of the Société Guernesiaise. It depicts the Vale Parish Church bird sanctuary. The set was issued on April 28, 1982.
The third stamp is part of the set “Classic Cars” (issued July 19, 1994) and depicts a Peugeot Type 3. The right Alderney stamp was issued on November 10, 1998. It is part of the set “Garnison Island” and depicts the unloading of the SS Courier.

They depict the flowers Bog Pimpernell (Anagallis tenella), Greater Stitchwort (Stellaria holostea), Horseshoe Vetch (Hippocrepis comosa), and Common Mallow (Malva sylvestris).

This nice cover from Guernsey was posted on July 10, 2009. The left stamp depicts the “fried egg anemone” (Actinothoe sphyrodeta), the right stamp commemorates the “60th Anniversary of the Liberation of the Bailiwick of Guernsey, 2005″. In addition to the stamps there is also an imprinted machine label.
