This interesting paquebot cover from Iceland was sent by Wolfgang, thank you very much! It was posted onboard of the MS Fridtjof Nansen and delivered via Reykjavík.
#1284 Chilean Antarctic ??/??/??
This very interesting cover was arranged by Wolfgang, thank you very much! The stamps were cancelled with a cancellation depicting the Chilean Base Eduardo Frei, but on the cover there is an additional cachet of the Russian Bellingshausen Station. Unfortunately there is no cancellation date but the cover arrived on February 7, 2018 via Berlin (inside an extra cover).

This very nice cover from Austria was delivered by the Mariazell Railway Himmelstreppe from Mariazell to St. Pölten. It was cancelled on October 12 and arrived on October 22, 2019.

On October 9, 2018 I received this special cover, which was delivered by a replica of the Hansa-Brandenburg C.I airplane.
The cover was cancelled in Wiener Neustadt. It commemorates the 100th anniversary of civil airmail.
#1114 French Southern and Antarctic Lands – Île Amsterdam 10/04/09
Here is anothe beautiful cover from the French Southern and Antarctic Lands, which was sent by Jean Pierre, thank you very much! The cover was cancelled with postmark of Martin-de-Viviès on April 4 and arrived on September 24, 2010.
The left stamp was issued on January 1, 2010. It is part of the “minerals” series and depicts a tourmaline crystal. The three stamps on top are part of the “Elephant Seal” mini-sheet, which was issued on January 1, 2008. The stamp on the right depicts a pyrite crystal. It was issued on January 1, 2009.
On the back there is the mission cachet of the 61st mission.

I received this beautiful registered cover from UN Vienna on October 28, 2016.
It was delivered on October 26 with the balloon “OE-SGS” in Puch bei Weiz during the course of the Pinkabria stamp exhibition.
The sales revenue of this event was donated to a children’s cancer research institute.

On October 28, 2016 I received this beautiful registered cover from Austria. It was delivered on October 26 with the balloon “OE-SGS” in Puch bei Weiz during the course of the Pinkabria stamp exhibition.
The sales revenue of this event is donated to a children’s cancer research institute.
#1016 Argentine Antarctica 15/11/09
This stunning cover from the Argentine Antarctica was arranged by Wolfgang and sent by Roberto, thank you very much!
The cover was delivered via Marambio Base with a DHC-6 Twin Otter airplane.
The top stamp is part of the mini-sheet, which commemorates the 50th anniversary of Operación 90, which was the first Argentine ground expedition to the South Pole in 1965. The mini-sheet was issued on March 9, 2015.

Here is another special delivery cover from Austria. It was delivered by the balloon “D-ORIE” on November 29 from Christkindl to Steyr, where it was handed over to the post office. The cover arrived at my place on December 4, 2015.
In the top left corner there is the boarding cancel, in the middle there are the day cancel of Steyr and the special cancel of the event “55. Weihnachtsballonpost” (55th Christmas Balloon Post), and on the right there is the “Christkindl”-postmark.

On December 2, 2015 I received this beautiful cover, which was delivered with a classic post bus from Garsten to Christkindl.

#902 German Antarctic Station 15/02/01
Here is another marvelous cover from Antarctica: It was cancelled at the German Antarctic research station Neumayer III.
The letter was carried by the icebreaker FS Polarstern, where it was cancelled on February 1. On February 2 the cover was cancelled with a “PAQUEBOT” postmark and handed over to the South African postal service in Cape Town. Finally it arrived at my place on February 23, 2015.
The large cachet in the top left corner depicts the Neumayer-Station III, which is operated by the Alfred-Wegener-Institute for Polar and Marine Research (AWI). The small cachet below shows the inscription “35. Überwinterung Neumayer III” (35th overwinter survival), the cachet next to it has the inscription “2014 Antarktis 34. Überwinterung” (34th overwinter survival 2014).
The stamp is part of a set, which commemorates the 130th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Germany and South Korea. It is a joint issue and was issued on June 6, 2013.

This very nice cover arrived on December 3, 2014. It is an FDC of the Christmas stamp, which was on board of the balloon “D-ORIE”. Unfortunately the balloon flight was cancelled due to adverse weather.
In the top left corner there is the boarding cancel, in the middle there is the special cancel of the event “54. Weihnachtsballonpost” (54th Christmas Balloon Post), and on the right there is the “Christkindl”-postmark of the issue day of the Christmas-stamp (28.11.2014).
The green rectangular cancel in the bottom left corner shows the dates of the balloon flight: there the flight cancellation is noted.
