Ulf has sent this beautiful first day cover from Germany, thank you very much! It was posted in Hamburg on September 14 and arrived on September 18, 2018.

The top left cancellation commemorates Hamburg’s honorary citiztens Hannelore “Loki” and Helmut Schmidt. The bottom left cancellation commemorates the 25th anniversary of the Kulturpalast Hamburg (cultural centre).

The right stamp and its cancellation commemorates the 150th anniversary of the North German Postal Union.
