#780 Guinea 14/03/30

My first cover from Guinea was sent by Madeleine, thank you very much! It was posted in Kissidougou on March 30 and arrived on April 22, 2014.

The stamps are part of the mini-sheet, which commemorates the 2008 Africa Cup of Nations. They depict the footballers Ibrahima Camara, Ibrahima Bangoura, and Kamil Zayatte. The mini-sheet was issued on January 20, 2008.

Madeleine enclosed a postcard that depicts a singer with a djabara rattle, which is similar to a shekere.
