#849 Montserrat 14/09/26

Another new country for my collection: Wolfgang has sent this nice cover from Montserrat, thank you! The letter was posted on September 26 and arrived on October 14, 2014.

Wolfgang used a genuine envelope of the Montserrat Springs Hotel, which was devastated during the 1997 volcano eruption.

The stamps commemorate the butterflies Cassius Blue (Leptotes cassius) and Nyctelius nyctelius. They are part of the definitives set, which was issued on March 5, 2013.

On the right it seems that a stamp was taken off the cover; there is a blank space above the postmark. Nevertheless it is a very nice cover!
