The stamps depict the field horsetail (Equisetum arvense) and the valerian (Valeriana officinalis).

The stamps depict the flowers Centaurea sp., Syringa sp., and Myosotis arvensis.

The left stamp is part of the series “Polish Cities” and commemorates Katowice. It was issued on October 5, 2005. The next stamp is part of the set, which commemorates the 2005 World Championships in Athletics in Helsinki. The set was issued on August 5, 2005.

The two stamps on the right are part of the “Composers” set, which was issued on October 18, 2008. They commemorate the composers Henryk Mikołaj Górecki (1933 – 2010) and Mieczysław Karłowicz (1876 – 1909).

The cover and cancel commemorate the 11th Nationwide Week of Cystic Fibrosis and the MATIO foundation.

The left stamp is part of the set “Polish People around the World”, which was issued on August 29, 2011. It depicts the alchemist Michał Sędziwój (1566-1636).

The right stamp was issued on February 28, 2011. It commemorates the National Day of Cystic Fibrosis.

The FDC and stamp commemorates the 600th anniversary of the Battle of Grunwald (July 15, 1410.). The mini-sheet depicts the 1878 painting by Jan Matejko (1838-1893).
