The stamp and cancellation commemorate the inauguration of the Centre National d’Incendie et de Secours (National Fire Brigade and Rescue Centre).

The mini-sheet depicts the birds common tern (Sterna hirundo) and the barn swallow (Hirundo rustica).

On May 19 I received this postcard from the Empire of Angyalistan, which was posted on May 9, 2021.

The bottom stamps commemorate the quokka and the ant bear. The top stamp commemorates the launch of the first prototype of the Ocean Cleanup.

Ulf has sent this beautiful postcard from Germany, thank you very much! It was posted on June 21 and arrived on July 27, 2020.

The image and cancellation on the left commemorate the 125th anniversary of the Nord-Ostsee-Kanal (Kiel Canal). The right stationery “stamp” commemorates the lighthouse in Holtenau, which has its 125th anniversary too, because it was erected at the entrance of the Kiel Canal.

The cover and stamps commemorate the 150th anniversary of nautical charts in Japan.

My mother has sent this postcard from Ethiopia, thank you! It was posted on January 16, 2019.

The left stamp depicts the Entoto Palace of emperor Menelik II. The next stamp depicts the Ethiopian house snake (Lamprophis erlangeri), the next two stamps depict the Menelik’s bushbuck (Tragelaphus scriptus meneliki).

The bottom left stamp commemorates the shiny-leaf buckthorn (Rhamnus prinoides), and the next stamp Zoz Amba St. Georges monastery in Gonder.

This beautiful FDC from the USA was sent by Mark, thank you very much! It was issued in Frankenmuth on September 24, 2020 and arrived on January 25, 2021. The FDC is entitled “Holiday Delights”.

Frank has sent this beautiful cover from Germany, thank you very much! It was posted in Leinefelde-Worbis on March 8 and arrived on March 10, 2021.

The cover commemorates the 150th anniversary of the foundation of the Norddeutsche Seewarte (North German Naval Observatory, now the Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency of Germany). The postal stationery and the additional stamps depict the research vessel Atair and the lighthouses in Wangerooge and Brunsbüttel.

Roman has sent this beautiful FDC from Poland, thank you! The cover was posted in Gdańsk on October 19, 2020 (the cancel is on the back), and arrived on October 28, 2020.

The stamps depict the field horsetail (Equisetum arvense) and the valerian (Valeriana officinalis).

This beautiful FDC from the United Nations New York was sent by Yue, thank you very much! It was posted on August 3 and arrived on September 1, 2017.

The stamp and FDC commemorates the World Heritage “Along The Silk Roads”. The stamp depicts the Longmen Grottoes in China.

#1284 Chilean Antarctic ??/??/??

This very interesting cover was arranged by Wolfgang, thank you very much! The stamps were cancelled with a cancellation depicting the Chilean Base Eduardo Frei, but on the cover there is an additional cachet of the Russian Bellingshausen Station. Unfortunately there is no cancellation date but the cover arrived on February 7, 2018 via Berlin (inside an extra cover).
