This very nice arimail cover from Sri Lanka was sent by Kisholi, thank you! It was posted in Moratuwa on October 10 and arrived on October 20, 2015.

The two stamps are part of a mini-sheet, which commemorates the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Sri Lanka and Japan. The mini-sheet was issued on January 18, 2013.
