Mongolia 130624Enkhbold sent another very nice cover from Mongolia, thank you! It was posted on June 24 and arrived on July 1, 2013.

The left stamp is part of the “Calligraphy” set, which was issued on August 2, 2007. The depicted calligraphy is entitled “Leaves”. The middle stamp commemorates the butterfly swallowtail (Papilio machaon).

The two stamps on the right depict a Przewalski’s horse (Equus ferus przewalskii) and some onagers (Equus hemionus).

Thank you, Viviana, for sending this beautiful letter from Argentina! It was posted in Buenos Aires on October 5, 2011.

The cover is a first day envelope fitting the attached stamp set, which commemorates four popular festivals of Argentina: The National Beer Festival/Oktoberfest, the National Tea Festival, the National Horse Festival, and the Fair of the Foreign Communities. The stamp set was issued on September 10, 2011.

On March 6 I received this beautiful letter from Estonia. It was posted by Evald in Emajõe on March 3, 2012, thank you!

The three stamps on the left are definitive issues of 1999, 2011 (issued January 3), and 2007 (issued January 17). The yellow stamp depicts an Ox-eye daisy (Leucanthemum vulgare).

The middle stamp commemorates the Bird of the Year 2011: the Barn Swallow (Hirundo rustica). The stamp was issued on 21 April 2011.

The right mini-sheet was issued on June 7, 2006. It commemorates the sesquicentenary of the Tori Stud Farm.

The attached mini-sheet was issued on June 7, 2006. It commemorates the 150th anniversary of the Tori Stud Farm.

The bottom stamp depicts the Common Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale); it was issued on September 14, 2004.

The two left stamps depicting an anvil and a horseshoe were issued on January 21, 2009. The two right stamps depicting horses were issued on April 15, 2009.
