#989 Seychelles 15/10/13

Seychelles 151013frontMartin has sent this beautiful registered cover from the Seychelles, thank you very much! It was posted in Baie Sainte Anne (on Praslin Island) on October 13 and arrived on October 27, 2015.

The left and the bottom right stamps are part of the “fishes” set, which was issued on October 3, 2005. They depict the surgeonfish Paracanthurus hepatus and the emperor red snapper (Lutjanus sebae).

The middle stamp is part of the set, which commemorates the 40th anniversary of the first man on the moon. The set was issued on July 20, 2009.

Finally, the top right stamp depicts the white-faced whistling duck (Dendrocygna viduata). It is part of the set, which commemorates the BirdLife World Bird Festival 2001. The set was issued on October 4, 2001.
