#461 Hungary 10/09/27

Bertalan sent me this nice cover from Esztergom, Hungary, thank you! It was posted on September 27 and arrived on October 5, 2010.

The left 1975 stamp depicts an icon of the Vatopedi monastery. The bottom left stamps are part of the 2001 set “Antic Furniture”. The middle stamp was issued in 1967 and is part of the set “Hungarian Dogs”; it depicts a Puli. Below is a 2001 charity (jótékonyság) stamp depicting a peacock. The right stamp was issued during the course of the Alps-Adriatic International Stamp Exhibition held in Sopron from March 26 to 28, 2010. It commemorates the 83rd Day of Stamps.
