Thank you, Roman, for sending this beautiful cover from Poland! It was posted on February 27 in Kraków and arrived on March 1, 2012.

The cover and cancel commemorate the 11th Nationwide Week of Cystic Fibrosis and the MATIO foundation.

The left stamp is part of the set “Polish People around the World”, which was issued on August 29, 2011. It depicts the alchemist Michał Sędziwój (1566-1636).

The right stamp was issued on February 28, 2011. It commemorates the National Day of Cystic Fibrosis.

The FDC and stamps are entitled “Traces of Karol Wojtyła” (Pope John Paul II) and commemorate the village Niegowić.

Thank you Andrzej for sending this registered FDC from Poland! It was posted on July 31 in Malbork and arrived on August 4, 2010. The postmark from July 31 was applied on the back.

The FDC and stamp commemorates the 600th anniversary of the Battle of Grunwald (July 15, 1410.). The mini-sheet depicts the 1878 painting by Jan Matejko (1838-1893).

The four stamps on the right are part of the set “Sanctuaries of the Holy Mary“, which was issued on August 14, 2004. The middle left stamp is part of a 1997 set and depicts a manor in Łopuszna. The bottom left stamp is part of the series “Polish Cities” and commemorates the city of Sieradz. It was issued on July 29, 2005.

The stamp was issued on September 25, 2009. It commemorates the Womens European Championship of Volleyball 2009.

It was posted in Nowy Sącz on June 14 and arrived in Graz on June 17, 2010.

Andrzej used a FDC, which was issued on May 27, 2010, and commemorates the 750th town anniversary of Tczew.

The bottom stamp was issued on January 4, 2009. It commemorates the 200th birthday of Louis Braille (1809-1852).

The cover is a FDC of the Częstochowa definitive, which was issued on April 24, 2006. Two 2005 definitives Katowice were added as postage and the cover was posted on March 2, 2009.

It was posted in Nowy Sącz on November 26, 2009. The cover is an FDC, which was issued on November 20 and commemorates the famous Albrecht Dürer (1471-1528). The bottom stamp depicts a painting of Peter Paul Rubens (1577-1640).

The two right stamps were issued on February 6, 2009. They have the inscription “kocham cię” (“I love you”).

There is also an handwritten number 4 on the letter.

The drawing on the left commemorates the city of Elbląg with its coat of arms at the bottom.

The mini-sheet was issued on June 12, 2007. It commemorates the World Stamp Exhibition St. Petersburg 2007, which was held from June 19 to 25. The mini-sheet has the number 0107004.

Kazimierz sent me this nice cover with two stamps of the set “Four Seasons in the painting – creations of disabled artists”, which was issued on April 17, 2002. The left stamp shows a painting by Lucjan Matula, the painting on the right stamp was made by Amanda Zejmis. Personally, I like the paintings very much. Both stamps have a security perforation.

Kaziemierz sent me this nice FDC of the Polish Christmas stamps, which were issued on November 27, 2008. The stamps have face values of 1.45 and 3 złoty. The postmark of Tarnobrzeg can be found on the back.
