It was posted in Mostar on March 7, 2009. The three stamps are of the Croatian Post Ltd. Mostar, one of the three postal operators in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The left stamp is one of the two Christmas stamps issued on December 1, 2007. The two middle se-tenant stamps were issued on April 2, 2005, and commemorate fairy tales by H. C. Andersen (1805-1875) (more info). The right stamp depicts the Gentiana dinarica.

Željko sent me this nice “flower” cover. He again used an envelope of the Croatian book club “Svijet Knjige” and attached three Bosnian stamps with flowers and plants. The left one has a face value of 0.80 convertible marks (KM) and depicts the widow flower Knautia travnicensis. It was issued in 2007. The middle stamp was issued in 1996 and depicts the bellflower species Campanula Hercegovina. It has a face value of 0.30 KM. The last stamp shows the cabbage Brassica oleracea var. capitata. It was issued in 2006 and has a face value of 0.40 KM.
