#393 Uzbekistan 06/04/29
My parents sent me this postcard from Samarkand, Uzbekistan. The card was posted on April 29, 2006. The picture depicts the Mukhammad Rakhimkhan Madrasah in Khiva.
The 2005 stamp depicts the painting “Yaz” by Y. P. Melnikov. I am not quite sure, if the stamp is an illegal issue or not. I cannot find it in any catalogue.
I will try to send some stamps of Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Aafghanistan, Pakistan to you.
